Thank you for shopping with Sasa Source! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the process and requirements for returning items.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt. However, there are some conditions to ensure your return is eligible:

The item must be in unused, unopened, and original condition (with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included).
The item must not be damaged or altered in any way.
Electronics such as phones, laptops, and other devices must not be activated, used, or tampered with to be eligible for a return.
Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used electronics (unless faulty)
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Downloadable software or digital products
Gift cards

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log Into Your Account: Visit our website and log into your account. Navigate to “Order History” or “My Orders.”
Select the Item to Return: Choose the order containing the item you wish to return and click on the “Return” option.
Submit a Return Request: Complete the return request form with your reason for the return. You may also upload any supporting photos (for damaged or defective items).
Return Label and Instructions: After submitting your return request, you will receive a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label, but this depends on the nature of the return.

4. Return Shipping

Free Returns: In cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be free.
Customer-Paid Returns: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for returns, as Sasa Source is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should appear on your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We recommend processing a return and placing a new order for the desired item. We do not currently offer automatic exchanges through the website.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is received in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by submitting a return request with photos of the damage. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send you a replacement product.

8. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an order that is missing items or has incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue by sending the correct items or offering a refund.

9. Refund Processing Times

Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
